In my experience, the Borgata is the best place to stay, as it seems the best casino. On the walk though.
I found the best deals on price and value of being at the Trump Marina. This is a good quality for the price you pay (registration via Orbitz or other travel sites). Others point out that not everything is on the way, though.
What is on the promenade, I think that Tropicana is cheap, while they still have a nice accommodation.
